DSMS was founded in order to provide specialist knowledge and consultancy on commercial diving in which the diver performs underwater work for oil and gas, industrial, construction, engineering, maintenance, or public safety and other sectors.
DSMS works alongside its partners tackling the most pressing technical, operational and regulatory challenges so that the diving industry and industries that hire divers can operate safely, securely and responsibly.
Having over 30 years of experience in offshore and inland diving, both as diving service provider and as the representative of the client who is employing diving services, our associates have the knowledge and expertise to help your biggest challenges.

Provide advisory on global diving regulatory frameworks
DSMS is a fair and reliable partner and a contact point for diving contractors, recipients of the diving services as well as institutions and representatives of regulators. We guide diving contractors on applicable diving laws and regulations. Advise users of diving services on best practices and regulatory obligations while employing diving on their sites. In the regulatory process DSMS provides assistance to develop, promote and defends diving industry positions that are supported by technical research and expertise.
Provides an independent opinion and reliability and integrity of information on diving
DSMS plays a supporting role in relation to its clients and provides information and guidance on issues of interest to the commercial diving sector. DSMS promotes trust and confidence in the diving industry. We assist companies with constructing compliant diving safety management systems and implement diving best practices. Our services are based on International Diving Guidelines (IMCA, ADCI, IOGP), local standards and relevant local diving laws & regulations.
